Wallet

Users must deposit BTC and/or ETH in order to back a project.

Users will be issued a Concordia cryptocurrency wallet. Access to the wallet feature on Concordia will require you to complete the Identity Verification process on the Platform.

With the wallet, you will be able to Deposit, Send (internal transaction to other Concordia users), or Withdraw (to an external wallet address). The current supported cryptocurrencies on Concordia are Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and supported Project digital tokens (of the ERC-20 standard only).

Once you have successfully submitted your identity verification details and passed our internal compliance, you can begin the process of funding your Concordia wallet to support your favourite projects.

Deposit

  2. Click on Dashboard and go to your Wallet page.

  3. Choose between Bitcoin and Ethereum.

  4. Click on Deposit .

  5. Your selected deposit address will be displayed.

You can now send your selected cryptocurrency to the designated address we provide to fund your account.

In order to quickly get the BTC deposit address for your account, copy BTC deposit address, and paste it to the corresponding platform’s address section, where you intend to withdraw your funds from. Alternatively, you can also use the corresponding platform’s mobile app to scan the QR code to complete your deposit to Concordia.

For first time deposit, we strongly recommend that you send a small amount (of around US$5 in value) in order to ascertain that the process is smooth and familiar to you. Concordia Ventures is not liable for any loss of cryptocurrencies as a result of sending to any wrong addresses.

Please kindly be advised:

Deposit to Concordia is a withdrawal action from a corresponding platform or wallet.

Please make sure that you only send the same type of cryptocurrency to this address. For example, if you selected a Bitcoin (BTC) address, you may only deposit BTC to it and not any other tokens. Therefore, in order to deposit BTC to Concordia, make sure to choose to withdraw BTC from the corresponding platform. Any non-BTC deposits that go to your BTC address on Concordia are more likely to be lost and unable to be retrieved.

Concordia users are advised to not make Ethereum deposits that have been generated from smart contracts. Deposits made from smart contracts may not be reflected in a user's account or may be subject to delays. If you do not know whether a transaction you are making is a smart contract transaction, please confirm with the service from which you would be sending the funds. You may consider using a local wallet to receive the funds initially from the smart contract before sending them to your Concordia wallet.

After you successfully deposit your funds to Concordia, you will be able to view your Transaction History to see the details and status of your recent deposits.

Why has my deposit not been credited yet?

An asset withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” in a corresponding platform or wallet means that the transaction was successfully broadcasted to the blockchain network. It might still take some time for that particular transaction to become fully confirmed and credited to the destination address. The amount of required “network confirmations” varies for different blockchains.

Due to the possible network congestion of blockchain networks, there might have been a significant delay in processing your transaction.

If the transaction is confirmed by the blockchain but not credited to your Concordia account, please provide your account email address, transaction ID, coin name, deposit amount and time, to support@concordia.ventures. Our customer support will help to investigate immediately.
