Why did I not receive any Verification Code in my email during registration?

If you registered a Concordia account using an email address, Concordia will send you an email to that address including a one-time verification code. The email should be received within minutes.

First check the spelling of the email address and try the Resend Code option. If you are still not receiving the email notification, the issue is likely related to email blocking.

The email verification code notification may be blocked by either your email server, firewall, email provider, or email client (such as MS Outlook). Below are some steps to help prevent this. Once you have confirmed that these steps have been taken, you may proceed with the registration process again.

Email Blocking

  • Check your email Junk or Spam folder. If the Concordia email is located in these folders, mark the email as not-junk or not-spam. If you're using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs too.

  • Add the Concordia email address as Safe Senders (aka Trusted Senders) your email client: [email protected]
